Tule Lake Lending dba Rescue Bucks ("Rescue Bucks"), is a subsidiary of EIC Enterprises, a wholly owned economic arm of the Elem Indian Colony of Pomo Indians, a federally recognized Indian tribe. Rescue Bucks is organized and in good standing under the laws of the Tribe. As a wholly owned tribal entity, Rescue Bucks is licensed by the Elem Consumer Finance Department.

This is an expensive form of borrowing. Rescue Bucks loans are designed to assist you in meeting your short term borrowing needs and are not intended to be a long term financial solution.

Loan applications that have been fully verified and approved by 3:00pm PST will be funded as soon as the next business day. If your loan application is approved by Rescue Bucks, your loan will be governed by Tribal law, applicable federal law, and the terms and conditions of your loan agreement. The Annual Percentage Rate ("APR") as applied to your loan will range from 589% to 899% depending on your payment schedule, pay frequency, loan term, and the amount of your loan. Late payments and non-payment may result in additional fees and collection activities as described in your loan agreement and as allowed by Tribal and applicable federal law. Rescue Bucks does not lend to residents of AR, CT, IL, FL, MO, NY, PA, VA, WV. Availability of installment loans are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Rescue Bucks.

*Pre-Approval does not guarantee final approval of loan application. Certain events or changes to your information may impact your eligibility to receive a loan. If you no longer meet our loan criteria, we may offer you a loan in a different amount or on different terms. If any of your information materially changes, we reserve the right to deny your loan request. If you reside in a state in which we do not provide services, you will be ineligible for a loan.
